Recently, Titan Rise Performance I researched and wrote some articles on Nitric Oxide benefits. Because I love helping men and women enjoy a better love life, I put together some nutritional supplement packages. At the time, I did not know there was a nitric oxide supplement out there called PeakNitricOxide. It suddenly appeared in the same search results as my new page. There were also always several Google ads for PeakNitricOxide at the top of the search results. I had never seen this product before - but didn't think anything of it. Not long after that, I began getting deluged with emails and phone calls from irate customers who had been taken in by this male enhancement capsules scam. They were not MY customers - they were looking for the other company. So I went to the website address and - no way to contact them - just: 'This site is down for maintenance. I actually called back most of the irate customers because I felt badly for them.

I suggested they immediately contact their card companies and ask for the old card to be cancelled and a new one issued - this is the best way to assure the scam company cannot steal any more money. Once they realized that Peak Health Now is not the same company and I was trying to help them, the distraught people softened. I heard one tale of woe after another. NONE of them said this male enhancement capsules product had helped them. I was also told by some that they had responded to the PeakNitricOxide free offer on TV or radio. Apparently, this company initiated a massive and very expensive ad campaign! The emails and phone calls from peaknitricoxide product customers had a similar theme: they all demanded that the company stop charging their credit card, and did not want any more product because it didn't work. All these people had responded to the 'Free' offer for male enhancement capsules - in which they 'just had to pay for Titan Rise Male Enhancement shipping,' i.e. had to submit their credit card info.

Because of the volume of emails from desperate and angry customers of the other company, I composed an email reply (below) to let them know I was not that company, Titan Rise Performance and to give them encouragement to contact their credit card companies. In addition, after most of the hysteria of scammed customers died down, I got a few emails and phone calls threatening to contact the FCC because of constant calls from telemarketers. As before, I had to explain that Peak Health Now was not the company they were looking for. Peak Health Now does not and never will use telemarketers - we do not need them as we are a small business with excellent customer service! We have received numerous communications from people who have been ripped off. The company showed up on the internet around 6 months ago, heavily advertising what in our estimation is a junk product. People told me they saw it on TV also. Some of the few dozen people who have contacted me about this said the company is still taking money out of their accounts.

I had a similar situation (not a supplement company) and requested my Credit Card company to give me a new card. When you do that, the scammers can't steal any more from you on the old card. If you have a PayPal account, you might want to alert them, too, as the company could try to take money out of there - though PayPal is very watchful and won't allow it - it can be a nuisance. People find my website because we talk about nitric oxide and my company name is Peak Health Now. I have called back some people who were ripped off - company can no longer be contacted and they are draining peoples' bank accounts putting unauthorized charges on their cards.
